Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you need to update your address, email branden@ne.plus immediately after placing your order. Once the order is in fulfillment or shipped, we cannot change the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier. If your order is lost in transit, contact us at branden@ne.plus and we will help open an investigation with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

International Shipping (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
