Refund & Returns Policy
Final Sale
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or any reason other than damage/defect on arrival.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email branden@ne.plus within 72 hours of delivery.
Include:

Your order number in the subject line

Photos/video clearly showing the issue and the packaging

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will, at our sole discretion, replace the item or issue store credit. If a return of the defective item is required, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Normal wear, slight variations, and minor cosmetic differences (e.g., color variance due to screens, small production tolerances) are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or update your shipping address, email branden@ne.plus immediately after purchase. Once an order is in fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages after they are marked Delivered by the carrier. For lost-in-transit shipments, contact us at branden@ne.plus so we can help open a carrier investigation.

If your order is shipped into the EU: consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, return items unused and in original packaging, and cover return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. This statutory right does not apply to certain goods (e.g., custom items). Email branden@ne.plus for instructions.
