PRE-ORDER POLICY

1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a purchase made for an item that has not yet shipped. By placing a pre-order on the Ne Plus Ultra website, you are reserving your item(s) and agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy. Your payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your order.
2. Estimated Shipping Timeline
All pre-order items are estimated to ship within:
4–5 WEEKS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, manufacturing, or shipping carrier circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays via email. By completing your pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and accept this estimated timeline.
3. Payment & Billing
- Full payment is charged at the time your pre-order is placed, not at the time of shipment.
- Your card or payment method will be billed immediately upon checkout.
- By submitting your order, you authorize Ne Plus Ultra to charge the full amount shown at checkout.
- All sales are processed in USD.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Ne Plus Ultra takes fraudulent chargebacks and unauthorized payment disputes seriously. By placing a pre-order, you expressly agree to the following:
4a. Acknowledged Pre-Order Agreement
You confirm that you understand this is a pre-order purchase with an estimated 4–5 week fulfillment window. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute solely because an item has not yet shipped within that window — while still within the stated timeline — is considered an unauthorized dispute and may be contested.
4b. Dispute Resolution Process
Before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, you agree to first contact Ne Plus Ultra directly at:

We will make every effort to resolve your concern within 5-10 business days. Failure to contact us prior to filing a dispute may be documented and submitted as evidence to your payment provider.
4c. Chargeback Evidence
For every pre-order transaction, Ne Plus Ultra retains the following as documentation:
- Timestamped order confirmation and checkout data
- IP address and device fingerprint associated with the purchase
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at checkout
- Email communication records
- Shipping and fulfillment tracking (once dispatched)
This documentation will be submitted to our payment processor and your issuing bank in the event of a dispute.
4d. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate pre-order purchase is considered fraud.
Ne Plus Ultra reserves the right to cancel and permanently ban any customer found to have filed a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback. We also reserve the right to pursue recovery through our payment processor's dispute resolution process.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by emailing Branden@ne.plus with your order number.
- After 24 hours, pre-orders are considered final and non-cancellable, as production may have already been initiated based on demand.
- We are unable to make size, color, or item changes after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refunds
Refunds for pre-orders are only issued in the following circumstances:
- The item is permanently out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
- Ne Plus Ultra cancels the pre-order campaign for any reason.
- The item arrives damaged or defective (subject to our returns process).
Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or orders that are still within the stated estimated 4–5 week fulfillment window. Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- Ne Plus Ultra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Acceptance of These Terms
By completing a pre-order purchase on neplusaltra.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Pre-Order Policy in its entirety. This policy is presented at checkout and your purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
